Sarah grew up in Thousand Oaks, CA, and has always dreamed of one day having her own cupcake business.
It all started back at her first job at an ice cream store at age 15. Sarah was initially hired to scoop ice cream and within a few months, became the Head Cake Decorator. From there, she held jobs in all fields of business including Executive Assistant at a BMW car dealership, to Food & Beverage Manager for Sheraton as well as Hilton.
As an SDSU alumni with a degree in Business Management and a specialization in Entrepreneurship, it's always been safe to say that one day Sarah would be running her own business. After dabbling in a few different areas, destiny has led her to pursing the ultimate dream of providing the most delicious and creative cupcakes in town!
With a lot of experience in allergen friendly food, it was very important to develop a gluten free cupcake that everyone could enjoy, not just those who couldn't eat wheat. Sarah was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at age 18 and has since faced many other health challenges that led to a wide range of crazy diets and medications. Cupcakes have always been a steady positive light at the end of the antibiotic treatment or sick days in bed.
Fun fact: Sarah has never tried her non gluten free cupcakes! All recipes were tested by close family and friends and over time have been developed into the cupcakes they are today!
Now with a fully licensed, insured and certified kitchen located in Thousand Oaks, CA, Sarah is pairing high quality ingredients with unique & individually made paper crafts and fresh, organically grown flowers to fit any occasion. No detail is too small! Every flavor is available gluten free and Celiac approved!
